Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Unlicensed Social Worker/Counselor to provide counseling across multiple healthcare settings, including medical facilities, hospitals and clinics in Madison, TN. The role is contract full-time with a 40-hour week and a pay rate of $32 per hour.

Qualified candidates should hold licensing/certification as required, possess an appropriate degree (AA/BA/MA in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, nursing or related), and comply with applicable

• Licensing/Certification according to state/facility/contract requirements.
• Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing or other Human Development Major preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Minimum Requirements:
