Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Unlicensed Social Worker/Counselor/Mental Health Clinician to provide counseling across medical facilities, hospitals, clinics, learning centers and other organizations in need of assistance. The role requires licensing/certification per state and contract requirements, and adherence to professional standards of practice.

CPR and health certificate may be required. The position is travel-based with competitive pay and benefits including

The Unlicensed Social Worker/Counselor/Mental HealthClinician provides counseling to patient’s in a variety of settings includingmedical facilities, hospitals, clinics, learning centers and otherorganizations that are in need of assistance.

• Licensing/Certification according to state/facility/contractrequirements
• Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree inPsychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing or other HumanDevelopment Major preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
