Apple Tree Dental seeks an Unlicensed Clinical Dental Assistant to join our mobile dental headquarters in New Brighton, MN. The role supports high-quality dental care in a community setting, welcoming applicants with or without prior dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, taking intraoral radiographs, assisting dentists, and maintaining strict infection control and records. English communication is required; Spanish speaking is a plus at some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of the Minnesota Dental Radiology Certificate course.
• Dental office experience preferred, but not required.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English are required.
• Spanish speaking preferred at some locations.

• Greet, seat, and prepare patients for clinical procedures.
• Complete intraoral radiographs.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during treatments.
• Set up and clean up operatories with proper disinfection and waste management.
• Clean, package, and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols.
• Assist with documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
