Responsibilities

• Monitor system alerts to maintain health of critical systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, assess risk, and coordinate resolutions across systems.
• Assess change events and escalate to management when needed.
• Provide security app support across production and UAT environments; ensure stability.
• Collaborate with infra teams to meet security requirements during changes.
• Maintain and improve monitoring scripts and automation tools.
