Responsibilities

• Meet annual enrollment goals by managing the enrollment funnel in the El Paso region.
• Represent Sul Ross State University at recruitment events and dual credit initiatives.
• Coordinate outreach to undergraduate admissions and serve as liaison at El Paso Leadership Academy.
• Plan and participate in college fairs and school visits with significant regional travel (50–65%).
• Maintain clear communication with students, families, and partner institutions.
• Ensure proper documentation and CRM data accuracy for applicant tracking.
