Job summary

Databricks is seeking a University Recruiter (Contract) to join our Engineering hiring team and drive the intern and new graduate program from sourcing to close. This remote-friendly role supports multiple teams and emphasizes an exceptional candidate experience in a high-volume environment.

As a University Recruiter (Contract), you will be an integral part of the early career hiring process. You will focus on supporting Engineering hiring teams & leaders through the intern program, full cycle recruiting, and recruiting events & programs.

This is an hourly contract role intended for September-February, though we retain the right to shorten or extend the contract at any time.

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range

$50 — $60 USD

Zone 2 Pay Range

$40 — $55 USD

Zone 3 Pay Range

$35 — $50 USD

Zone 4 Pay Range

$30 — $45 USD
