Qualifications

• High School diploma or HSE required.
• Two years experience in mail handling, clerical, and/or customer service.
• Passport acceptance test completion with 90%+ during probation.

Responsibilities

• Operate large meter machine to process university mail and package machines.
• Maintain reports in Business Manager or similar program and manage accounts.
• Assist with daily processing of incoming mail and passport applications.
• Provide backup support for clerk/carrier duties and special projects.
