University Kia of Huntsville is hiring! We need a cashier for our busy Service Department. The Cashier courteously and efficiently manages all service and repair transactions for our valued customers. Responsibilities include receiving and processing payments, explaining vehicle service recommendations, and completing estimates and invoices.

• We are seeking a full-time Cashier who enjoys working with the public, has a friendly personality, and can be flexible with work hours. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintains a positive attitude.

Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Process payments for products and services.
• Operate POS system and other required software.
• Manage cash drawer responsibly.
• Coordinate questions and issues with relevant departments.
• Address customer concerns or escalate as needed.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, billing, and answering phones.
• Keep customer contact information up-to-date.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
