Under the general supervision of the Executive Director for University Housing, the University Housing Fiscal Analyst provides professional financial, analytical, and limited administrative support in the management of University Housing. The position supports the department’s fiscal and business objectives through budget administration, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting support, occupancy and revenue analysis, and the preparation of reports and recommendations that support management decision-making. The incumbent monitors financial performance, ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial and occupancy data, coordinates information across functional and collaborates with Housing leadership and campus partners to promote sound fiscal management, effective planning, and continuous business process improvement.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, higher education administration, public administration, or a related field
Experience: Three (3) or more years of progressively responsible work experience involving finance and/or accounting systems.
