Sodexo at Tarleton State University is seeking a Bartender Tipped to provide exceptional service, mix and serve drinks, and collaborate with wait staff to ensure quick, accurate service.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of experience, and the ability to stand for long periods while managing multiple drink orders. Benefits and site-specific perks are offered through Sodexo.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol per local regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and mix/serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Ensure bar area is stocked and equipped with tools and products.
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish supplies.
• Be friendly, tactful and attentive with customers.
• Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
