Job summary

Legacy Healthcare's Rolling Green Village and Indian Creek Independent & Assisted Living are seeking a Universal Worker. You will help keep tenant apartments presentable, assist with light housekeeping and laundry, and support dietary with meals.

The role includes medication management and personal care per tenant service plans, with CNA credentials enabling health-related tasks as assigned. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and caregiver experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping and assist with laundry.
• Assist with meals for tenants and support dietary with meals.
• Provide medication management and personal care as per tenant service plans.
• CNAs may provide health-related cares if credentialed, per tenant plans.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

One year caregiver experience (preferred)

As a Universal Worker you are instrumental in providing superior customer service and care to our tenants. Your work will ensure our tenants receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Indian CreekIndependent &Assisted Living by ensuring tenant's apartments and building is presentable with light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting dietary with meals to tenants. Also, assist with the provision of medication management and personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans. If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual may provide health-related cares (according to tenant service plans) as assigned. Our tenants will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of living and care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
