Rolling Green Village is seeking a Universal Worker to join Indian Creek Independent & Assisted Living Apartments. You will perform light housekeeping, laundry, assist dietary with meals, and help with medication management and personal care as outlined in tenant service plans.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and one year of caregiver experience is preferred. Credentialed CNAs may provide health-related cares; the role includes shifts of 6a-2p and 2p-8p on alternating

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and care to tenants.
• Keep tenants' apartments and building presentable with light housekeeping and laundry; assist dietary with meals.
• Assist with medication management and personal care according to tenant service plans.
• If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), provide health-related cares as assigned.

As a Universal Worker you are instrumental in providing superior customer service and care to our tenants. Your work will ensure our tenants receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Indian Creek Independent & Assisted Living by ensuring tenant's apartments and building is presentable with light housekeeping, laundry, and assisting dietary with meals to tenants. Also, assist with the provision of medication management and personal care to tenants, in accordance with tenant service plans. If credentialed as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), the individual may provide health-related cares (according to tenant service plans) as assigned. Our tenants will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of living and care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of experience in a caregiver role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
