Full-time position with a 6:00 am – 2:30 pm shift. The job requires versatility, ability to read blueprints, and operation of drill presses, band saws, and CNC machines, along with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Full Time: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday -Friday and some overtime may be required

Position Summary

The Universal Utility Operator will float between departments as needed per the production schedule. They will assist with fiber mixing and forming, machining and inspection. This position will be fast paced and requires attention to detail with minimal supervision and ability to switch from job to job effortlessly.

Position Responsibilities

• Follow production schedule
• Weigh and mix material as needed
• Perform mold set ups for production
• Operate a machine and inspect parts to verify quality

• Assist operators when needed
