Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members warmly, ensuring a professional first impression.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashier’s checks, and money orders.
• Accurately balance cash drawer daily with attention to detail and policy compliance.
• Listen to member needs and recommend credit union products and services to improve their financial lives.
• Support members with stop payments, wire transfers, and address changes.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to cross-sell and refer members to specialized staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard member information, comply with regulations.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Participate in training and meetings to stay current on policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
