First National Bank Alaska in Fairbanks is seeking Customer Service Professionals to join our team as Universal Teller I. The role focuses on delivering consistent, exceptional service while processing a variety of transactions in compliance with cash limits, bank policies and regulations.

Starting pay is $19.70 per hour with a Fairbanks local differential. This full-time or part-time position offers a strong work-life balance, comprehensive benefits, retirement plan, learning and career growth

Universal Teller's deliver consistent and exceptional customer service through processing various types of customer transactions promptly and efficiently, while adhering to defined cash limits, bank policy and procedures, and banking regulations. If you have banking experience or strong relationship customer service sales experience, you may be considered for a Personal Banker I position.

Job/salary offer would be commensurate with experience.

Universal Teller I: $19.70/hour minimum, plus Fairbanks local differential.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-time or Part-time between 9am and 6:15pm
