Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Member Services Representative located in Warminster, PA, with some work from home acceptable. The Member Services Representative will be responsible for assisting members with their financial needs, which includes answering phone inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and handling various financial transactions. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate member records and offering guidance on financial products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Basic Computer Literacy skills
• Knowledge of Finance and financial products
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the financial industry is beneficial
