Job summary

Abound Health is hiring compassionate Universal Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD across Mercer County, PA. This role offers full-time and part-time schedules with a $1,000 signing bonus and $23.00 per hour.

As a Universal DSP, you will provide one-on-one and group support in homes, community settings, and licensed residential programs, following treatment plans and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and respite care
• Submit documentation and payroll on time
• Participate in ongoing training
• Assist with personal care needs as required
• Work independently in home, community, and group home settings
