Presbyterian Villages of Michigan is seeking a Universal Worker/Caregiver to support residents at The McFarlan Villages. The role covers all shifts (Days, Afternoons, and Midnights) and encompasses daily living activities including grooming, dressing, eating, bathing, and medication assistance.

You will help maintain clean rooms and common areas, assist the food service team, monitor basic health needs, and document changes for nurses or supervisors.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: No prior experience required.
• Computer skills: able to operate a computer for timekeeping and duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming, dressing, eating, and bathing.
• Maintain resident rooms and common areas, including kitchen and laundry.
• Collaborate with food service to plate, serve, and clean up meals.
• Monitor basic health indicators and medications under supervision of nursing staff.
• Keep records and report changes to supervisor.
