Job summary

Members 1st is seeking a Universal Branch Manager to lead branch performance, grow deposits and loans, and deliver outstanding member experiences. You will build partnerships within the community, develop staff, and drive a consultative, sales-focused culture across the branch.

The role requires 3–5 years in leadership and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with strong communication skills and a focus on service excellence. Travel as needed may be required.

Responsibilities

The Universal Branch Manager is responsible for overall achievement and delivery of the branch objectives of the credit union with an emphasis on exceptional experience for both members and associates. The role will direct branch growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio by creating partnership within Members 1st and the communities it serves. The Universal Branch Manager will select qualified candidates and create development plans to assist in driving branch growth and service. The role will also engage in the community to understand the unique qualities of the market in order to build strategic partnerships and relationships.

The Universal Branch Manager will drive internal branch growth and service by executing lobby engagement and turning transactional engagement into consultative opportunities. Finally, the role will demonstrate and foster a consultative sales culture with members and staff by influencing, educating, and connecting branch associates, partners, and members to technology and self-service options. This position may provide coverage, as needed for other departments and/or functions that are within the scope of this position.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This figure serves as the entry point in our salary range, and there is potential for the actual salary to be higher based on a variety of factors, such as your experience, skills, education, and location. We believe in recognizing and rewarding talent, so our compensation packages are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique qualifications and contributions of each candidate.

The minimum salary for this position is:

$64,000.00/yr+
