A leading financial institution is seeking a dedicated client service representative to enhance client experiences and support sales activities. The role includes handling transactions, educating clients on digital solutions, and participating in leadership routines. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and a background in client service, with opportunities for growth and benefits.
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
