Citizens First Bank is now seeking a Universal Banker to work from our Trempealeau branch! This position could be full-time or part-time dependent upon candidate preference.

POSITION SUMMARY: Performs teller duties accurately and professionally. Assists with customer inquiries/problem solving.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Accurately process customers’ deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, loan advances, cashier’s checks, money orders and other routine requests.
  2. Recognize any suspicious behavior and have the ability to make decisions on when to consult higher management on any transactions.
  3. Routinely provide customers with necessary information and troubleshoot customer issues.
  4. Familiar with customers’ resources to be able to assist customers.
  5. Daily branch balancing functions (cash drawer, TCR, vault, coin machine).
  6. Assist in the opening and closing duties and operations of a branch.
  7. Uncover customer needs and recognize customer cues for appropriate products and services.
  8. Maintain compliance with all bank regulations applicable to job duties.
  9. Follow all bank policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  11. Other duties as assigned.

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

  1. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience

  1. No minimum experience requirement
  2. Banking and/or customer service experience preferred.
