Universal Banker PT (20hrs) - White Horse Pike Branch

This position involves providing timely and efficient client transaction services, maintaining accurate records, and handling all monies properly. You will deliver superior customer service, identify client financial needs, and support sales and outbound calling activities, as well as support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions and conducting transactions, including complex ones with assistance as needed.
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions to enhance their banking experience.
  • Support sales by participating in outreach, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or referring clients to appropriate team members.
  • Understand and support IRM to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Participate in leadership routines and training to improve service and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  • Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling a proportionate volume of work based on branch demands.

The annual base salary ranges from $22.00 to $23.80 per hour.

Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or cash handling/customer service experience
  • Six months of client relationship or sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC and software skills necessary for branch automation
  • Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends or extended hours as needed
Preferred:
  • One year of client relationship or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex branch transactions, risk management, and sourcing clients
  • Understanding of bank operations, policies, and procedures
