Universal Banker PT (20hrs) - Hershey Branch

This position involves providing timely and efficient client transaction processing, maintaining accurate records, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role includes supporting sales activities, assisting with outbound calls, and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver a distinctive client experience through courteous interaction and complex transaction handling.
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions like ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  • Support sales by participating in client outreach and identifying client needs.
  • Understand and support IRM to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in leadership routines and training to enhance product knowledge.
  • Adhere to operational policies and internal controls.
  • Assist with new account openings and resolve client issues.
Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or cash handling experience
  • Six months of client relationship or sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC and branch automation software
  • Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours, including weekends
Preferred
  • One year of relationship-building or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex branch transactions and risk management
