Job Description

Provide timely and efficient client transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle all monies properly. Deliver high-quality service, understand clients’ financial needs, and support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage clients with courteous conversation, perform transactions, and uncover needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions like ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outreach, client needs assessment, and referrals.
• Understand and support IRM initiatives.
• Participate in leadership routines and training to enhance knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and policies.
• Assist with new account openings and resolve client issues.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling experience
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in PC and branch software
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed

Preferred:

• One year of client relationship or sales experience
• Knowledge of complex branch transactions and risk management
• Experience sourcing new clients

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate is $22.00-$25.00/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, savings accounts, 401k, paid time off, and holidays. Additional benefits may apply based on division and employment status.
