Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior service, understanding clients' financial needs. Support sales and service activities, focusing on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
Required: High school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, 6 months of relationship building or sales experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in PC and software, ability to multi-task, and willingness to travel and work extended hours.
Preferred: 1 year of relationship or sales experience, knowledge of complex transactions, prospecting skills, and understanding of bank operations.
