The position involves providing timely and efficient client transaction completion, maintaining accurate records, and handling all monies properly. Deliver high-quality service by understanding clients' financial needs. Support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client experience through courteous interactions, conducting transactions, and uncovering client needs.
  • Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions to improve their banking experience.
  • Support sales through outreach, client needs assessment, and referrals.
  • Understand and support IRM to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training to enhance product knowledge.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and policies.
  • Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, managing workload based on branch demands.
Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or client service experience
  • Six months of relationship building or sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to travel and work extended hours including weekends
Preferred:
  • One year of relationship or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex transactions and risk management
  • Experience in sourcing and prospecting clients
