Job description

Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service by identifying and understanding clients' financial needs. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, focusing on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure consistent service levels by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversations, and conducting transactions while uncovering needs. Perform complex transactions with assistance as necessary.
  2. Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking to enhance their banking experience.
  3. Support team sales processes through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities, referring clients to appropriate team members or specialists.
  4. Understand the importance of IRM to seamlessly deliver Truist expertise and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  5. Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
  6. Commit to ongoing learning by attending sales, service, and product knowledge meetings, along with training sessions and web-based learning.
  7. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, staying informed of policy changes to ensure compliance.
  8. Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering relevant products and services, managing work volume based on branch demands.
