Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job Description

The position involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and handling all monies properly. Deliver superior service, understand clients' financial needs, and support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting IRM activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions, conducting transactions, and uncovering client needs.
  2. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
  3. Support sales by participating in outreach, checking for offers, and referring clients to appropriate team members.
  4. Understand and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
  5. Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training.
  6. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and policies.
  7. Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or cash handling experience
  • Six months of client relationship or sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC and software skills
  • Ability to multi-task and travel as needed
  • Availability to work weekends and extended hours
Preferred
  • One year of client relationship or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex transactions and risk management
  • Experience in sourcing and prospecting
  • Understanding of bank operations
Additional Details
