Universal Banker - Part Time 20 hours - Terrell Mill

Join to apply for the Universal Banker - Part Time 20 hours - Terrell Mill role at TIH.

The position involves providing timely and efficient client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and delivering high-quality service by understanding clients' financial needs. The role includes supporting sales activities, outbound calling, and assisting with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions and handling transactions, including complex ones with assistance.
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions like ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
  • Support sales by participating in client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities for referrals.
  • Understand and support IRM to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Participate in leadership routines and training to enhance product knowledge and service quality.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  • Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, managing workload based on branch demands.
Qualifications
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or client service experience
  • Six months of client relationship or sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC and branch automation software
  • Ability to multitask and work flexible hours, including weekends and travel as needed
Preferred:
  • One year of client relationship or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex transactions, risk management, and prospecting
