A leading financial institution in North Carolina is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide superior service and assist with client transactions. The role involves engaging clients, educating them on services, and supporting sales activities. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, and experience in client service. Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
