Job description

We are searching for a Mandarin / Cantonese speaking Universal Banker / Customer Service Rep. for our client's Artesia location.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Greet and assist bank clients, providing exceptional service.
• Perform routine banking transactions (teller and platform).
• Participate in opening and closing branch procedures.
• Handle a high volume of calls.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and other transactions such as issuing cashier's checks.
• Conduct daily proof of ATM and cash on hand.
• Assist in opening and closing the vault daily; help balance vault currency and coin.
• Refer customers to the appropriate team members for their banking needs.
• Keep the workstation neat, clean, and stocked with supplies and brochures.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by Branch Management.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• High School diploma or GED; Minimum 2 years of banking experience.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Basic knowledge of branch teller activities, terminology, and products.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
