• Open new deposit accounts and handle other services such as stop payments, wire transfers, and maintenance tasks.
• Explain policies and procedures to customers and resolve problems with courtesy.
• Ensure branch records and reports are accurate, timely, and properly distributed.
• Perform Teller and FSR duties as described, including account management and transaction processing.
