Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service. Previous banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Good interpersonal skills, good computer skills, ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers quickly, accurately, efficiently, and confidentially according to bank standards.
• Identify customer needs and expand relationships by referrals.
• Process transactions for savings, checking, and loan accounts.
