Schedule: Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week for working Saturday. Branch hours are Monday & Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Pay: $22.02 per hour + 10% premium for bilingual positions.

Purpose of Position: This role involves processing customer transactions efficiently, providing guidance to customers on financial solutions, and promoting ESL’s services to build long-term relationships and meet business objectives.

Accountabilities: Deliver excellent customer service, identify member needs, handle transactions, and promote banking products. Learn various banking functions including Teller and Relationship Banker responsibilities.

• Perform Teller and Relationship Banker duties as needed
• Assist members with transactions, accounts, loans, and financial guidance
• Educate members on products and services
• Support the learning of banking and finance industry knowledge

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year in sales/service in financial services or similar industry
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Flexible to support branch needs
• Proficient in building relationships and PC applications
• Understanding of banking products/services is preferred
• Notary license preferred; if not, obtain within 12 months
• Complete NMLS application within first week and register as Mortgage Loan Originator through ESL
