Base pay range

$45,760.00/yr - $49,500.00/yr

Position Details

• Provide timely and efficient client transactions, maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies.
• Deliver high-quality service, understanding clients' financial needs.
• Support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting IRM activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and complex transactions.
• Educate clients on digital solutions like ATMs, online, and mobile banking.
• Participate in client outreach and support sales processes.
• Understand and support IRM strategies.
• Engage fully in leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and operational policies.
• Assist with new account openings and problem resolution.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.

Preferred

• One year of client relationship or sales experience.
• Knowledge of complex branch transactions and risk management.
• Experience in sourcing and prospecting clients.
• Understanding of bank operations and policies.
