Please review the following job description:

Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. They will provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The role involves delivering superior service, understanding clients' financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities as needed.

  1. Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients courteously, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs.
  2. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
  3. Support team efforts through client servicing calls, presenting offers, and referring clients to specialists.
  4. Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
  5. Advance knowledge through training and web-based learning.
  6. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for account maintenance and problem resolution.
  8. Support multiple branches within the designated coverage area, with schedules provided in advance.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven proficiency in teller or client service skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use office equipment and perform basic math
  • Willingness to follow instructions and work under guidelines
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service and support team
  • Availability for Saturdays and extended hours
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to uncover referral opportunities
  • Knowledge of complex transactions
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Understanding of bank operations and policies
