• Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader.
• Provide timely and accurate client transactions, maintain records, and handle all monies properly. Deliver high-quality service by understanding clients' financial needs and supporting sales and service activities as needed.

Essential Functions:

1. Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients with courteous conversation, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs. Support more complex transactions with assistance as necessary.
2. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
3. Support team activities by making client servicing calls, presenting offers, identifying needs, and referring clients to appropriate team members or specialists.
4. Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
5. Complete training and web-based learning to enhance service quality.
6. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, staying informed of policy changes.
7. Serve as a point of contact for account maintenance, problem resolution, and client referrals.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven proficiency in teller, cash handling, or client service skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use office equipment and perform basic math
• Willingness to follow instructions and work under guidelines
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours

Preferred:
