Job Description: Float Universal Banker

Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. They will provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle all monies properly. The role involves delivering superior service, understanding client financial needs, and supporting sales and service activities as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions, conducting transactions, and uncovering client needs.
  2. Educating clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
  3. Supporting team efforts by making client calls, presenting offers, and referring clients to appropriate team members or specialists.
  4. Participating in leadership routines and completing training to enhance service delivery.
  5. Adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  6. Serving as a point of contact for account maintenance and problem resolution, referring clients as needed.
  7. Supporting multiple branches within the designated area, with schedules provided in advance.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in teller or cash handling and client service skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use office equipment and perform basic math
  • Willingness to follow instructions and work under guidelines
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service and support team efforts
  • Availability for Saturdays and extended hours

Preferred:

  • Ability to identify referral opportunities
  • Knowledge of complex transactions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
  • Understanding of bank operations and policies
