Job summary

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver a full range of financial services and build strong customer relationships. Based at the Arrowhead Branch, the role supports the Dow Rummel and Touchmark Retirement Centers weekly with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 am–5:00 pm and rotating Saturday mornings 9:00 am–noon.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and service programs by actively engaging with customers.
• Perform banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawers and vaults to maintain accuracy.
• Assist customers with opening, closing, and maintaining accounts.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking products or referrals.
• Cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
