Job summary

Sunflower Bank is seeking an energetic Universal Banker at our Canon City, CO branch. This full-time role blends teller, personal banker and customer service to deliver retail banking products and services.

Training will be provided; prior banking experience is a plus but not required. The position offers competitive hourly pay ($16.50–$18.00) based on knowledge, skills and location, with a 30- to 35-hour workweek and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform full service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch.
• Perform teller duties including cash transactions, open or update accounts, and provide information on other products and services.
• Ability to focus on and fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits.
• Meets/exceeds sales and referral goals and meets/exceeds individual and branch targets.
• Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.
