Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Cash handling, sales, customer service; previous banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, English literacy.

Responsabilités

• Serve customers quickly, accurately, and confidentially per service standards.
• Identify customer needs and expand relationships with referrals.
• Process teller transactions and maintain orderly work area.
• Open deposits and handle stop payments, wire transfers, and other maintenance within limits.
• Adhere to banking regulations including Regulation CC and Bank Secrecy Act.
• Discuss self-service options with customers.
• Support vault/back-up responsibilities if needed.
