The position involves providing timely and efficient client transaction completion, maintaining accurate records, and handling all monies properly. Deliver superior service by understanding clients' financial needs and supporting sales and service activities, including outbound calls and IRM support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients with courteous conversation, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs.
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Support sales processes through outbound outreach and client needs assessments.
  • Understand and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
  • Participate in leadership routines and training to improve service and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  • Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of teller or client service experience
  • Six months of client relationship or sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with PC keyboard and branch automation software
  • Ability to multi-task under time constraints
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of client relationship or sales experience
  • Knowledge of complex branch transactions and risk management
  • Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients
  • Understanding of bank operations and policies
