Job description

Sunflower Bank is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual for the full-time position of Universal Banker at our Hico, TX branch.

This is a full-time role, working 30-35 hours per week.

  • Customer Service experience is required.
  • Cash Handling experience is required.
  • Banking experience is a plus but not mandatory.

The Universal Banker combines roles of Teller, Personal Banker, and Customer Service representative. This position is vital in providing retail banking products and services, processing transactions, and developing new business opportunities with current and potential customers.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform comprehensive banking services focusing on sales and customer service, including cash transactions, account openings or updates, and providing information on products and services.
  2. Focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs to enhance their experience both over the phone and in branch.
  3. Meet or exceed sales, referral, and branch targets.
  4. Inform customers about promotions, contests, and new account options.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify.

Pay depends on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
