Job summary

C&N is seeking a Universal Banker in Sayre, PA to deliver exceptional service, process transactions, open accounts, educate customers on digital banking, and spot opportunities to meet financial needs. You’ll support nearby branches as needed, contributing to a strong community banking footprint.

You will build relationships, handle teller and account transactions accurately, assist with opening consumer and business deposits, enroll customers in digital services, and refer clients to partners

Qualifications

• You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and less than 1 year of previously related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You will demonstrate well-developed abilities in customer service, relationship building, communication, and problem solving.

You will be responsible for:

Account Opening & Customer Education: Assist customers with opening consumer and business deposit accounts, enrolling in digital banking services, and utilizing C&N's technology solutions.

Sales & Referrals: Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate C&N products and services, and refer customers to specialized banking partners when appropriate.

Requirements:

This position supports multiple branch locations, with the home branch based in Sayre. In addition to the Sayre Branch, the individual will provide coverage and support at our Athens, East Smithfield, and Troy branches as needed.

Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel that exceeds the normal commute between the employee’s home location and the designated home branch.
