Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
(Must be flexible around branch hours)
Function:
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service related to branch operations on the teller line, including sales and platform duties, meeting sales goals, and supporting branch objectives. Duties are shared based on branch needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a customer service window efficiently and accurately, handling transactions such as deposits, cashing checks, and providing additional services, while verifying customer identities and preventing fraud.
Utilize sales skills and tools to recommend banking products, develop customer profiles, and meet sales goals, including follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Contribute to branch sales and service standards, executing professional behaviors aligned with bank values and policies.
Perform outbound and follow-up calls to grow existing customer relationships and generate new leads.
Process new and existing accounts, handle customer inquiries, and resolve account-related issues.
Assist in loan processing, including preparing applications and coordinating documentation, maintaining good interdepartmental relationships.
Complete required certifications such as NMLS for mortgage loan originations, and assume additional duties like ATM balancing and deposit processing as needed.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2-5 years in retail banking or related fields; completion of CSR and RSA training programs.
Physical Demands:
Operates electronic and manual equipment, standing and sitting requirements, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, with accommodations available for disabilities.
