Job summary

United Community Bank is seeking a friendly and motivated Universal Banker for our Perham location. The role offers a collaborative, client-focused environment with daily customer interaction and opportunities for internal advancement.

Working hours are M-F 8:30am-5:00pm with rotating Saturdays, and a competitive salary with full benefits. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience is a plus.

Due to an internal promotion of an existing Universal Banker, we are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team at our Perham location. We have a flexible work environment, and working hours of M-F 8:30am-5:00pm along with rotating Saturdays 9:00am-12pm. At United Community Bank, our full-time Universal Banker position will provide you with an opportunity to interact and build connections with our customers on a daily basis. The successful candidate will:

• Provide excellent banking service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a solid understanding of our banking products and services
• Accurately and efficiently process customer transaction

• Maintain confidentiality with customer account information in accordance with United Community Bank's privacy policy
• Fully comply with company and departmental policies and regulations

High School diploma or equivalent required. Direct experience is not necessary, but previous customer service experience is a plus! This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a competitive salary and full benefits package.

This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment. Must have the dexterity to count money. The ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information is highly desired.
