Job summary

United Community Bank in Perham is seeking a full-time Teller to greet customers and process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while following bank policies and regulatory requirements. The role offers training, advancement opportunities, and a friendly, family-oriented work environment.

You'll balance a cash drawer, maintain product knowledge, protect customer information, and work with colleagues across multiple computer systems.

At United Community Bank, our Mission is to serve our community members and empower them to achieve their financial goals.

United Community Bank is a 100+ year old family-owned community bank with locations in Perham, Dent, and Frazee. We are seeking a positive, energetic, and motivated team player to join our team as a Teller at our main branch in Perham. The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm M-F, with one day per week doing the closing shift of 9:00am-5:30pm. Saturdays are on a rotating basis with hours from 9:00am-12:00pm.

YOUR ROLE:

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers/management in a professional, personable, and confidential manner.

• The dexterity to count money and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
• Direct experience is not necessary, but previous customer service experience is a plus!
• This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment.
