Qualifications

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:15 pm

Saturdays 8:30 am - 12:30 pm (may be required, premium pay)**

What you’ll bring

We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, relationship-oriented, dependable, accurate, and eager to develop their banking knowledge.

A high school diploma or GED is required. An associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates without a degree should have at least five years of successful related financial-institution experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with basic banking products and services is required. Experience with new accounts, digital banking support, and financial product referrals is a plus.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. An associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates without a degree should possess a minimum of five years of successful, related experience and/or training in a financial institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with basic banking products and services is required. Experience with new accounts, digital banking support, and financial product referrals is a plus. Clearly communicates in English; proficient reading, writing and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills; ability to build professional relationships and rapport. Proficient PC skills, working knowledge of the teller system and other bank operating systems, high level of accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing.
