Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years retail banking experience or retail sales and service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• General personal computer knowledge; banking applications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs banking transactions including opening accounts, deposits, IRAs, and various payments in accordance with Bank policy.
• Acts as teller when needed; handles transactions and cash balancing.
• Maintains security and compliance with BSA/CIP/OFAC policies.
• Builds relationships and promotes Bank products and services.
• Follows up with customers and documents referrals.
