Job summary

Security State Bank - Wyoming seeks a Universal Banker at the Basin branch to serve as the first point of contact for customers and deliver outstanding service. You will promote bank products while building relationships with new and existing clients.

This role reports to the Branch Operations Manager and collaborates with tellers, loan administrators, and loan officers. Banking experience is preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Security State Bank - Wyoming is hiring for an Universal Banker in our Basin branch location.

Competitive wage starting at $19.00+, DOE.

Job Purpose: This position is the customer’s first point of contact with the bank and provides excellent customer service by meeting the needs of customers in an efficient and friendly manner. Fostering the growth of relationships within the bank through new and existing customers by promoting bank products and services that meet the customer’s needs. Performs routine office and clerical duties while maintaining operational quality and standards. Complies with all bank regulations and policies pertaining to the operational functions of the bank.

This position reports directly to the Branch Operations Manger and works directly with customers, tellers, branch loan administrators and loan officers. Works indirectly with other members of the bank.
